I was at a friends house today and we were talking about having more babies and being pregnant. My pregnancy experience wasn't too bad, aside for the constant feeling of a hang-over for the first 15 weeks and my friend didn't suffer too much, but I found this great article about exercise and pregnancy. They say... that keeping fit during pregnancy can help with your recovery, not sure if this i true but defiantly worth a read and a try!
