Cuddle Up

A mothers hug really can ease pain, says a report published in BMC Pediatrics. After studying 61 Premature babies having heel pricks tests, researchers found that the bubs who had skin-to-skin contact with their mum during the test appeared to be in less pain than the babies that weren't being held!
